The baby boy was not delivered naturally and instead through c-section. Dr. Binsar Sitanggang said:

“This heavy baby made the surgery really tough, especially the process of taking him out of his mum’s womb. His legs were so big.”

According to doctors the mom’s diabetes condition could have caused the womb to receive too much glucose which caused the baby to grow so big. However the baby is in good health for the moment.
