He then took Katie Callaway Hall to a small warehouse where he handcuffed, gagged and raped her. When a police man arrived and saw Katie, Garrido said it was his girlfriend. However the policeman saw the bruises on Katie’s wrists and arrested Garrido.

Garrido was convicted of kidnapping and raping but he only served 10 years and then was let free on a lifetime parole. What kind of authority protection do we have? If he was a registered sex offender how come cops didn’t search his home monthly? Hopefully this time Phillip Garrido is locked up for life!

Philip Garrido is a convicted sex offender and he says that he has changed and that he even “has special powers that enables angels to pass the messages of God to him”.

The Garrido’s address is to be: 1554 Walnut Ave in Antioch, California. Police have searched the place and also learned that Garrido had two other kids which are being tested to see if they are his.
